Tom Bage joins as a Director from clean technology start-up bio-bean, where he was Head of Marketing and Communications. Prior to this, Tom was Director of Communications at the global campaigning platform Change.org, where he was part of the team which grew the organisation from 6 to 12 million users in two years.
