I have more than twenty years’ experience as an advisor to a number of international and UK organisations working on corporate reputation management assignments, M&As, restructurings, and debt and equity capital markets transactions. Whether it’s a large or small enterprise, I like to build a strong relationship with the leadership team, fully understand the business objectives and then work with them to find an overarching narrative that works for the business across a focused period.
I lead Headland’s engagement with Ardian, a significant player in international investment for which Headland worked on the carve-out from AXA and the development of the new brand. As a specialist in financial and professional services (with work for UBS, Morrison Foerster, Alvarez & Marsal, Aviva Investors and others), as well as the consumer and retail sectors (for the likes of the AA, Danone, Leon, YO! Sushi and Brasserie Blanc), I enjoy helping companies tell better stories about themselves and connecting them with customer and consumer narratives that throw light on their particular growth credentials.
