Toby Pellew

I am a Director at Headland and specialise in government affairs, public policy and advocacy. I have a keen understanding of how Government, regulators and parliament impacts both the reputation and commercial decisions taken by businesses. I currently advise clients on issues ranging from pre-pack insolvency to Prudential Regulation Authority stress tests to the roll-out of the Smart Meter Programme.

Prior to Headland, I worked for two leading UK consultancies where I focused primarily in the financial services sector, in particular alternative finance providers, as well as leisure and gambling, and FMCG. I have extensive crisis communication experience, including litigation support, regulatory sanctions, as well as advising a multinational business on communicating a cyber-attack to key stakeholders. Prior to this I worked for the Conservative Party policy group on Responsible Business.
