Having joined Headland in 2016 as an Account Executive, I work for clients spanning the financial services, professional services and energy sectors. I am particularly interested in how on-demand models have impacted public expectations, and the different ways in which traditional businesses can adapt to these emerging consumer needs and priorities.
Prior to joining Headland, I worked at a think tank focussed on making complex or technical topics more accessible to a wider audience. As project manager of one of the organisation’s research projects, I worked closely with representatives from a range of organisations including FTSE100 companies, public sector bodies and NGOs to explore the meaning of responsible tax behaviour and how it is implemented in practice in today’s society. My experience includes research, stakeholder outreach, and digital communications.
I have an undergraduate degree in Politics from the University of Bristol.
