Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Account Executive and the rest of the team providing admin and diary support to some of our biggest and busiest clients and ensuring the account is running smoothly. This will include:

• Diary Management across your accounts, scheduling all team internals and external client team meetings
• Assisting with the logistics around meetings and events, including refreshments and AV requirements
• Organising travel and entertainment for the account team and clients as required
• Supporting with client team CRM updates – ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Helping to organise and manage key events and keep track of important dates, launches or financial results
• Printing, binding and scanning as required

The ideal candidate

Ideally you will possess the following skills/experience:

• Proactive, forward thinking and extremely organised
• Ready to get stuck in and take responsibility for day-to-day account admin
• Comfortable handling confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and work to set deadlines
• A team player who can also use their own initiative
• Good Microsoft Office skills required and experience using excel/powerpoint advantageous
