As a Senior Account Executive at Headland, you will:

• Deliver the day-to-day mechanics of client accounts
• Take ownership of workstreams, reporting directly to senior members of the team
• Mentor trainees and other members, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
• Provide clients with recommendations and advice
• Help develop creative solutions for clients’ challenges
• Be a competent media/stakeholder handler

The ideal candidate

Ideally you will possess the following skills/experience:

• Proactivity, taking responsibility for day-to-day account actions
• Confidence in presenting ideas to colleagues, MPs, journalists, and clients
• Experience in Parliament, consultancy or in-house
• Outstanding team-working, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of UK politics and current affairs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Appetite to build your network of contacts
