Apprenticeship Programme<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our apprenticeship programme is open to anyone who has completed A-Levels (or equivalent). It is delivered in partnership with the industry body, the PRCA. Apprentices work over an 18-month timeframe to complete a Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification (which is a nationally recognised Diploma). Once completed, Apprentices will be eligible to apply to our Trainee programme.<\/p>\n

We offer paid internship positions in the summer months for those wanting to gain experience in the sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Headland\u2019s internship offers the opportunity to experience life in a dynamic, fast-growing communications agency and participate in real work such as research, writing, media monitoring and account co-ordination.<\/p>\n

Alongside supporting client teams, our interns are exposed to an insightful learning and development programme, including training in Financial PR, Corporate Communications and Public Affairs.<\/p>\n

Our interns participate in live client work from week one, and also benefit from our bespoke learning and development programme, including training in financial PR, corporate communications, public affairs, citizen and community, sustainability and digital PR.<\/p>\n

As one of Headland\u2019s first Trainees, I\u2019m now a Director in the business, advising CEOs and C-Suite Executives on all aspects of reputation management and working with comms and marketing teams to turn strategy into action. When looking into a career in PR, Headland\u2019s multidisciplinary and collaborative approach made applying to their Trainee scheme a no-brainer. Having studied Liberal Arts at University, my degree was founded on the concept of interdisciplinarity, an idea I was keen to find reflected in a business. Since joining Headland, I\u2019ve been able to experience the entire range of Headland\u2019s offering.
