His experience also involves\u00a0leading the Global Communications & Marketing team at Permira, the global private equity firm, and\u00a0advising on a variety of special situations and complex issues. This\u00a0includes\u00a0corporate and sovereign debt restructurings,\u00a0employment issues,\u00a0complex M&A, and litigation.
