{"id":5242,"date":"2021-08-04T16:00:20","date_gmt":"2021-08-04T15:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.headlandconsultancy.com\/international\/?p=5242"},"modified":"2021-08-04T16:00:20","modified_gmt":"2021-08-04T15:00:20","slug":"jill-easterbrook-joins-headland-as-non-executive-chair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.headlandconsultancy.com\/international\/news\/jill-easterbrook-joins-headland-as-non-executive-chair\/","title":{"rendered":"Jill Easterbrook joins Headland as Non-Executive Chair"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif;\">London, 4<sup>th<\/sup> August 2021:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif;\"> Headland, the <a name=\"_Hlk70415916\"><\/a>London-based agency specialising in financial PR, corporate reputation, public affairs and campaigning, has welcomed Jill Easterbrook as Non-Executive Chair following the firm\u2019s recent investment from LDC. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif;\">A senior executive with expertise in strategy and retail, Jill will chair Headland\u2019s Investment Board which comprises two representatives from LDC alongside Headland CEO, Chris Salt and Managing Partner, Dan Mines. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif;\">Jill is currently Non-Executive Director on the boards of FTSE 100 companies Auto Trader Group plc and Ashtead Group plc, as well as international household brands company, UP Global Sourcing Holdings plc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif;\">From 2017 to 2020 she served as CEO of fashion retailer, Boden. This followed a 15-year career in a variety of senior management roles at Tesco including serving as Group Strategy Director, Chief Customer Officer and Group Business Transformation Director. She began her career at M&amp;S, joining the company\u2019s graduate programme. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif;\">Chris Salt, CEO of Headland said:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif;\"> \u201cJill has already been brilliant for us, bringing her intellect, experience and keen judgement to our discussions on Headland\u2019s future development. Her career is full of highly impressive achievements, combining strategic thinking with commercial acumen.
