Headland will support Matalan across an integrated reputation programme, spanning financial reporting, corporate and brand profiling, thought leadership and campaigning. The partnership will be overseen by Ali Jones, Chief Customer and Omnichannel Officer at Matalan, and the Headland work will be led by Partners Susanna Voyle and Carley Sparrow.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matalan adds to Headland\u2019s existing listed and privately-owned clients in the retail sector, including Watches of Switzerland Group, Mulberry Group, Lidl GB, FatFace, The Body Shop, Wickes and Dreams.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ali Jones, Chief Customer and Omnichannel Officer at Matalan, added: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat struck us about Headland is their ability to bring a holistic view across all our business stakeholders.
