I entered the world of communications in 2004 from the FT and since then have advised Boards, executives and their teams on everything from reputation building and managing the financial calendar to M&A and crisis. I have worked for a wide range of FTSE100, FTSE250 and private companies across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on consumer industries. Transaction experience includes the Co-op Bank restructuring, the merger of Booker and Tesco and the Merlin Entertainments and Royal Mail IPOs.
