Lucy leads Headland’s Capital Markets and Financial Communications practice, and over the past two decades has advised high profile executives and multinational businesses on navigating the complex landscape of financial and capital markets communications to both protect and enhance reputation. Lucy has particular specialism in consumer-facing companies and has provided strategic counsel on a wide range of issues spanning multiple stakeholders, from financial calendar events to moments of high intensity such as M&A, financial restructurings, shareholder activism, defence, change and crisis.

Lucy is a member of the People Management Group at Headland, which is a governance committee that works to ensure equality in pay, promotions and career progression for all our employees.
