Headland strengthens its senior team with series of promotions 

Reputation and communications consultancy announces recent client wins including BAE Systems, Darktrace, Mahou San Miguel and Royal Mail 

LONDON, United Kingdom, 20 November 2024: Headland has announced a number of promotions among its Partners to strengthen the breadth and depth of its senior leadership team and gear up for growth in 2025.  

  • Managing Directors Dan Smith and Stephen Malthouse have been promoted to Deputy CEO with a remit to help drive Headland’s strategic development, alongside their client advisory roles.  
  • Partners Lucy Legh, Toby Pellew and Ed Young have been promoted to Managing Director to continue driving Headland’s growth in key areas including financial communications, public affairs and reputation turnarounds.  
  • Susanna Voyle and Nigel Prideaux have each taken on the role of Deputy Chair, to help continue building Headland’s profile among senior executives and wider influencers.  

Over the last year, Headland has won mandates for FTSE 100 businesses including BAE Systems, DS Smith and Legal & General, as well as FTSE 250s including International Distribution Services (parent company of Royal Mail), Trustpilot and Ocado Group. The agency has also secured clients including Darktrace, Mahou San Miguel, and Agratas.
