Carley Sparrow

Carley co-leads our Citizen & Community team, helping brands to build more meaningful relationships with people.

She works with consumer-brands across sectors, from tech and retail to FMCG and charities. Her work focuses on helping them to better understand and then build deeper connections with their audiences through empathetic, creative and action-led campaigns that deliver change. Current clients include with Natura &Co, the world’s largest B Corp, the Co-op and Danone.

Carley is also a founding member of Ovarian Cancer Action’s Next Generation Women’s collective, set up to raise awareness and money to change the fact that today ovarian cancer kills a woman every two hours.
