As co-founder of Headland, Dan is responsible for the management of the company and the development and delivery of the agency’s strategy. The agency sector has for too long been built on forced integration, often resulting from acquired and merged operations, or a siloed structure. Headland was created from scratch to offer an alternative to the conventional financial-to-corporate agencies in the market. Dan has worked in the marketing services industry for more than 30 years, and his experience spans agency strategy and management, recruitment, M&A, and all areas of commercial and operational management. Prior to Headland Dan worked at Fishburn Hedges Group where, as Chief Operating Officer and finance director, he led the strategic development of the group’s offer, including the inception of its successful consumer PR, branding and digital marketing start-up agencies.
