Ewa Lewszyk Director

Ewa leads corporate communications teams that deliver proactive campaigns, as well as advising clients through knotty reputational issues. She has worked with clients in tech, retail, FMCG, telecoms and professional services, including overseeing TikTok’s UK safety & policy communications, promoting and protecting PepsiCo’s reputation, and building Arup’s profile as a sustainability leader. Ewa is also a member of Headland’s Strategy, Insight and Planning team with a specialism in delivering strategic positioning and messaging projects. She has helped businesses including Randstad and Costain tell a consistent story, aligned with their strategy and resonant across all stakeholder groups. Ewa joined Headland from a media relations and issues role at the Sainsbury’s press office.
