Jack Gault

Jack is a Capital Markets and Strategic Communications specialist with experience advising FTSE 350, private and international companies across a range of sectors. He works closely with leadership teams to define a clear and compelling story and to ensure it is delivered effectively to investors, media and other stakeholders. He also has strong experience advising clients through the financial calendar and has worked on a wide range of high-stakes situations, including M&A, IPOs, restructurings, shareholder activism, management transitions and crisis response.
