Jess is the co-head of Headland’s public affairs practice. She has worked in consultancy for over 20 years, supporting senior executives to use public affairs as a lever for business growth.

Jess has worked with organisations across tech, life sciences, financial services, energy, infrastructure, retail, leisure and entertainment, helping them to identify and navigate political risk, shape policy, and run campaigns to protect and build their reputations with political stakeholders.

A specialist in crisis situations, Jess has also helped business leaders define and execute their approach to business-critical interventions from or involving stakeholders in Westminster and Whitehall. These include hostile M&A, challenging select committee inquiries, and legislative lobbying.
