Liz Clarkson

Liz leads Headland’s People team, responsible for shaping the culture and ways of working that help the business grow and perform at its best. With more than 20 years’ experience in strategic people leadership, she specialises in building people strategies that strengthen leadership capability, talent and performance, creating the conditions where people can do brilliant work and enjoy what they do.

Prior to joining Headland, Liz was People Director at IGD, where she was a member of the Executive team leading the organisation’s people function. Earlier in her career, she spent ten years at Arup in a series of senior HR leadership roles, supporting major business transformation and growth across the UK, India, Middle East and Africa region.

Liz is also a Trustee and Director at In Kind Direct.
