For more than 40 years as a consultant Neil has advised across all sectors, practice areas and in most situations. At Headland, his current sectoral focus ranges from property and energy through to financial and professional services. As a consultant, he is as committed to doing, as well as advising, and believes firmly that, whatever one’s experience, key skills such as media relations remain an important part of what he can offer. Before co-founding Headland, Neil was the CEO and chairman of Fishburn Hedges, the agency he co-founded in 1990, which became one of the most successful communications agencies over the past 20 years. Neil’s ambition and motivation now are to help Headland to achieve and maintain an even greater kind of success, but in a new and very different environment.
