Rachel specialises in corporate comms, media relations and issues management for consumer facing brands. Rachel has particular experience in the retail and hospitality sectors, having delivered integrated multi-channel campaigns and managed high-profile issues for brands such as KFC, Boohoo Group, Pret a Manger, eBay, Mango, and TikTok. Rachel joined Headland from the M&S PR team, where she communicated the retailer’s financial results and turnaround plan, managed the store closure programme, and generated fame for ‘Plan A’ community initiatives, all while managing a busy press office.
