Stephanie Ellis

Stephanie is a financial and corporate communications specialist with a focus on devising and implementing multi-stakeholder communications programmes for listed company clients in a broad range of industries. She is skilled in M&A, crisis, restructuring, and IPOs engagements with experience across clients in the UK and Europe.  She has also advised private equity clients on a broad range of issues including corporate & ESG strategy, media engagement, transaction advisory, crisis communications and portfolio company support. Her client experience includes Legal & General, Just Eat Takeaway and Keensight Capital. Stephanie joined Headland in 2024 from FTI Consulting and began her career in New York.
