Will Carnwath

Will has 25 years of experience in advising boards and leadership teams on corporate reputation, crisis and licence to operate issues, leveraging his background as an analyst and later investment banker.  Will joined Headland in 2025  after 16 years at Brunswick Group, which included establishing and growing their presence in Southeast Asia. He has successfully advised multiple high-profile transactions, campaigns, and engagements across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, involving diverse stakeholders and complex challenges. Recent examples include advising Takeda on their Access to Medicines program, Anglo American on their successful bid defence against BHP, and Freeport Macmoran on their licence to operate in Indonesia.
