Shearwater’s 27-strong team advises blue-chip clients across the UK, EU, US and international markets, with particular strengths in global trade, geopolitics, competition and M&A, technology and AI, and environmental policy.
Welcoming Shearwater to the Headland group is another important step in building a broader international and communications business that spans political, regulatory and reputational advisory. Together, Headland, Bladonmore and Shearwater total more than 270 people with operations in London, Brussels, New York and Madrid.
