Clare Field Director

Clare is a Director at Headland with over a decade of experience in corporate communications, including for a listed multinational and several UK public bodies.

Prior to joining Headland, she worked for a FTSE 100 consumer goods company, where she led climate and sustainability thought-leadership campaigns on behalf of the CEO, spearheaded the company’s presence at successive COPs and Climate Weeks, and shaped the strategy and development of the business’s global external affairs function.

Earlier in her career, Clare worked in Whitehall as part of the Treasury media team, contributing to the 2019 Budget and the launch of the Chancellor’s Net Zero Review.
