Jim Houghton

Jim leads Headland’s finance team and is responsible for corporate and strategic development.  Since the mid 1990’s Jim has been deeply involved in the strategic communications industry in the UK and internationally both in senior operational leadership roles and as an M&A advisor to some of the industry’s most influential firms.

 He previously led M&A activity for the DAS division of Omnicom outside North America for close to a decade and was a Board member for many of its agencies across Europe and was formerly CFO at 160over90 in Philadelphia, USA. As an advisor he has led transformative deals for We Are Social, Iris, Blue Rubicon, Lexington Communications, Stonehaven and Headland itself.
