Matt Denham

Matt helps companies to build reputation with equity capital markets and business media audiences. This includes advising on communications through all the events of the financial calendar, as well as during transactions, capital raisings, bid defence, crisis and other special situations. His advice is underpinned by a strong understanding of investor attitudes, including towards sustainability issues. Matt’s clients have spanned the market cap spectrum, both in the UK and overseas, across a wide range of principally B2B sectors. He spent more than a decade at Makinson Cowell, the specialist Investor Relations advisory firm, before moving to Teneo. Matt has also spent time as an in-house Head of Investor Relations for a FTSE 250 business in the aviation sector and has completed all three levels of the CFA qualification.
