Nigel Prideaux

Nigel has advised senior leaders and Boards and led Communications teams for over 25 years from both in-house and agency perspectives across multiple geographies.  He joined Headland from NatWest Group plc where he was Chief Communications Officer on the Executive Committee.  Prior to NatWest he was Group Communications Director at Aviva plc, and before that he was a Partner at Brunswick Group LLP. 

He is passionate about growing and protecting organisations’ reputations and building trust across senior level networks, multiple stakeholders, and communities both internally and externally. He has led teams and advised on comprehensive engagement programmes, culture change, sustainability communications, M&A and restructuring projects, special situations, leadership changes, and issues management.
