Suzanne specialises in building and protecting corporate brands through strategy and narrative development, proactive storytelling and executive profiling. She supports clients to enter new markets, attract investment, launch products and services, and through periods of significant change, with a particular focus on retail and institutional financial services, leisure and retail, and tech. She also has deep experience in advising around crisis preparedness and issues management. Suzanne is part of the senior leadership team at Headland, with responsibilities including strategy, people, client service and business development.
